62 | More comments? | Ex 20:15 | prayon | 15378
I agree with Norrie. On breaks and on lunch it should be ok but not while on company time. The company is paying you to do a job not to be on the forum. What it boils down to is as Ed said - It is stealing. No matter how much we rationalize it it is still stealing from the company. Any other comments?

In Exodus 32:2-5 it tells of how the people gathered around Aaron and asked him to make gods for them. Aaron agreed and fashioned for them the golden calf and declared "these are your gods, O Isreal". Then in verse 22-24 it states that he lied about how it happened. Why then was this man chosen to be the priest in the tabernacle?

67 | Why would they die? | Num 4:20 | prayon | 35178
In Numbers the Lord told Moses that "divisions" were resposnsible for different tasks related to the tabernacle. The duties of the Kohath division was to carry the ark and other items in the tabernacle after they had been covered by Aaron. They were instructed to carry them without touching them. Why were they to die if they touched them? prayon

Because of the disbelief in the power of the Lord to defeat the inhabitants of Caanan God told them that they would have to wander in the wilderness for 40 years until all that had seen His miracles had died. 70 | HARRY POTTER WARNING! | Deut 18:10 | prayon | 22710
More Harry Potter Warnings from Christian Author By Fred Jackson November 14, 2001 (AgapePress) - Millions of American children are about to get a crash course in occultism. So says a Christian author who is trying to warn believers about the dangers of the Harry Potter book series -- and now the movie, which opens in American theaters this weekend. J.K. Rowling’s four Harry Potter books have sold more than 116 million copies, making them one of the most popular children’s book series in history. And at the movie’s debut in Britain a few weeks ago, thousands of people showed up, many of them young children. But that’s not good news for Richard Abanes, author of the book, Harry Potter and the Bible: The Menace Behind the Magick. He tells Baptist Press that the movie and the books not only teach anti-Christian lessons on the occult, but also moral relativism. In addition, Abanes says they desensitize children to profanity and off-color humor. Baptist Press reports Abanes is also critical of several high-profile evangelicals who have praised the Harry Potter books as being harmless. Abanes says he is not sure whether it is a case of Christians trying to avoid appearing backward, or that their discernment is just at an all-time low. |

Where did Rahab first hear about God? Did she hear what he did in other cities and know of His power and believe. To do the things she did (risk her life for the Isrealite spies) she must of been very strong in her faith.

76 | Spies gave her? | Josh 2:18 | prayon | 8610
Great anaswer Nolan! One would wonder why the spies would carry a scarlet cord though. They were trying to blend in and not look suspicious. I do not think everyone would carry a scarlet cord around and it must of been bulky.
