Jeshuafreak: What a pleasent suprise by your response, I am thrilled. I was unsure exactly what your position was in you first note. My guiding spiritual principle for the forum is Galatians 5:6 the last part of the verse says "The only that counts is faith expressing utself through love," I perfer to leave openess in my notes, that perhaps others can join into and complete the dialogue so we all can grow. If I do not know for sure of the response I give is accurate, I will respond with a question. I believe if I give out all I know then that is just an answer. Often I do give the complete answer which is the right way to respond. However, when I feel the Holy Spirit nudging me, I at times will not completly and fully give a total answer. This I beleive allows to open other's spiritual minds, and Bibles, and add to the answer. This allows more people to participate. More often than not, I learn more my self. I am not an authority, or the final answer on this forum, by a very, very, very, long shot. I am just one of many, I am "justme" thus my name. As I sit now, at my desk, there are twelve reference books I use quite regulary. I am blessed with a large library that my wife and I have both invested not only our money but many years in in formal education and study. My primary studies were in Bible, Psychology, Missionology, Pastorial Care, and Pastoral Theology. My wife got the same degrees but in different areas. I am indeed blessed. I have had some major blessings, that God allowed to happen to me. My health is a constant battle. and we depend on the Lords watch care every day. Besides physical problems which includes Cognitive slippage. I am so blessed, my wife and children, and grandchildren a rich reward! My wife is my litteral help mate. I have said all this to say My wife and I walk by faith as most growing Christian do, or come to do. I sincerly welcome you to the Forum. Take a moment to fill out the Update User Info. It is nice to know a little about who we talk with. There are some real jewels of Jesus in this forum. Some more polished and sparkley, and others like me, we look like sandstone, but the Master is chipping away to show how we fit, in His crown. I an encouraged with your attitude. God Bless you. agape, justme |

Jeshuafreak: I was trying to be tender and not offend anyone. So I gave room for others to speak and give theie opinion. Kenneth Hagin has said quote: Man was created on terms of equality with God, and he could stand in God's presence without any consciousness of inferioity. end quote. Other Word-Faith teachers have said some other quotes I would like to share with you. Quote: Satan conquered Jesus on the cross. end quote, by Kenneth Copeland. Quote: You're not looking at Morris Cerullo--you'er looking at God. You'er looking at Jesus. end quote, by Morris Cerullo. quote: Never, ever, ever go to the Lord and say If it be thy will....Don't allow such faith-destroying words to be spoken from your mouth. end quote, by Benny Hinn. Quote: God has to be given permission to work in this earth realm on behalf of man.....Yes! You are in control! So, if man has control, who no longer has it? God. end quote, by Frederick K.C. Price. Quote: Not all Faith teachers subscribe to exactly the same beliefs on every point of doctrine, but they do hold on to an aberrant core of doctrine that rightly places them within the broad outlines of the Faith movement. end quote by, Hank Hanegraaff. CHRISTANITY IN CRISIS Harvest House Publishers 1993. pages 12-13. Again quoting Hanegraaff's book onpage 14. The Faith movement is every bit as cultic as the teachings of the Mormons, the Jehovah's Witness, and Christian Science. It is not worthy of a true Christian's support. ....the Faith movement does not represent biblical Christianity.....the Faith movement long ago departed from orthodox Christianity. and again Hanegraaff says on page 30 and I quote: There is no denying that much of Faith theology is dervived directly from metaphysics. Some of the sibstance, style, and scams endemic to the movement, however, can be traced to teachings and practices expressed primarily by certain post-World War ll faith healers and revivalists operating within Pentecostal circles. With regard to substance, for example, both Kenneth Cpoeland and Kenneth Hagin point to T,L, Osborn and William Branham as true men of God who greatly influenced their views and ministries. Of course, Osborn himself has consistently followed E.W. Keynyon's Scripture-twisting practices, and Branham has among other things, denounced the doctrine of the trinity as coming directly from the devil. Unfortunately, Hagen and Copland are not alone in affirming Branham; Faith proponent Benny Hinn gives him hearty approval as well.....In addition Hinn has given his endorsement to notorious revivalist A.A. Allen. a huckster if ever there was one. end of quotes from Hanegraaff. I was quite sure, in fact 100 percent sure, of what Pentecostals believe. Yes saying things you are not sure of can danage others reputation. I was trying not to offend anyone, so there could be some dialogue with tenderness of words. I agree that I should check my sources, and I am carefull to do so. I have quoted from Hank Hanegraaff who you can look up on www.Equip.org should you want to hear and read what these Faith leaders have said. I have quoted Hanegraaff's book and the words are not mine, they have been taken directly from their mouths. So if you believe in the trinity, I am glad. I think I have proven by the Faith movenents leaders quotes they do not. I sincerely present this in a humble way. agape, justme |

I am not real sure, but I think I heard James White say that Pentecostalism does not believe in the Trinity. Perhaps you might know for sure. I am not 100 percent sure on this, so maybe someone can confirm this one way or the other. agape, justme |

Stjones: I was a SBC for a number of years. I am sure the reverse has happened when Presbyterians have done the same. That is what the Lord expects of Christians. The world will know us as Christians when we express love through tangible ways that are unselfish or blowing our horn about all we have done. agape, justme |

I notified the forum, webmaster that I was uncomfortable with the implication by others that my name implied theology was indeed too far out, like liberal. I did this with proper notification. No intention was made to deceive or confuse anyone. I recieved an e-mail from Lockman not exactly understanding why, but acknowleged the name change. I have not used farout from that time, I hope. If I have, it was not intentional. I sincerely hope this fully explains the justme. Should you or anyone have any other questions or concerns please feel free to ask me. agape, justme |

Hank:Thank you! This is a very devisive person. I feel totally urked, and disgusted at this black birds disguise as a dove of peace. The American Heritage Dictonary says, a Raven is: to consume greedily; devour;to seek or seize as prey or plunder; to eat ravenously; be voracious; a large bird having black plumage and a coaking cry; to ravage seize by force. I think this accurately describes this divisive person to a tee. I am humilated by this persons attempt to so disrupt this forum. Again Thank you, Hank agape, justme |

Naver: Welcome to the forum! You should read the back conversations that have taken place before you say I agree. This is a long, long, long, debate that what you agreed to is just a little itty bit of the whole debate. Enjoy and have fun, we are glad you are here. agape, justme |

Raven: I do not understand why you would doubt I would read every word you took your time to respomd to my note. I am really trying to understand where all the anger at denominations comes from in you. Not that it makes any difference, but I attend a non demominational church. We go to Calvary Chapel. As for me following my own idea of what a church should be, I refute that strongly. I can not defend the beliefs of anyone other than myself, because I take the scripture very litterally, and know the church I am a part is as close to scripture as humanaly possible. Like I have told you before I admire your ability to defend your beliefs. However, please respect the fact I can do the very same. There is one area that I see is a gapping hole in you talk and response to all of in this forum! You have not love, and you have gained nothing! May I suggest you read 1 Corinthians the entire 13 th chapter. I would like to tell you that there are no Lone Ranger Christians. I would like for you to tell me which church today is the model that best represents the way Christ would have it. I don't know of a single passage that says Christ started a church in any place. The church is the bride of Christ, which is every believer You take verses out of contex and apply them anywhere you think it fits your ideas. What you do is ignorant, and makes you appear to be so brainwashed that you are un reachable and unteachable! I hope this is not the case but more and more it appears it is. I can see why Hank threw in the towel. I am very close to doing the same. So if you want to continue a dialogue with me the harsh rudness has got to stop from you! I challenge your statement that all denominational across the world preaches watered down stuff! Have you been in a lot of churches across our nation? I just can't imagine you attending any other church but the same kind you are a part of. Yet you say the Church of Christ is not a denomination? They are all alike so doesn't that prove there is some kind of connection? That sure sounds like a denomination to me! Raven, if it's black like a Raven, and squawks like a Raven, and has feet like a Raven, and walks like a Raven, it's darn sure it's not a duck! You asked for strong talk, and that's what you got, with respect and agape, I would expect the same from you. I see you trying to cause divisions rather than gather other Christians. Your are indeed SO CLOSED MINDED and ARROGANT that you refuse to even consider that there ARE OTHER Brothers and Sisters in the Family of God whom ARE just as pure in their Biblically based beliefs, as you think you are! I will repeat you last words to me. Read it! And learn it! I will add I hope the is still some hope in reaching such and angry hearted person. agape, justme |

Hank, and others: I am not sure if this is a backward complament or a way of saying I was too harsh. I respect you very highly. I have avery serious problem with spelling, and gramer. Thank you for overlooking my many mistakes. I admire your command of the English, and how you respond to others on the forum. At times I feel like dropping out as there is so much to learn and life is so short. I have been to Bolivia with International Crusades in 1982 and 1986. Both times Rodney Cavert was the director. I understand theyare now part of the SBC Missions Dept. It was on my first trip I came back questioning my faith in Christ. In March of 1983 I came to be a born again Christian. I was 37 then. When I went back to the same place in 1986 I was able to tell a new testamony and 861 souls came to Christ. In all my life I never though I was not saved, until I went to Lake Titti CaCa Bolivia. My what God had to do to get across to me I was Lost. I can say my life has been one that only Christ could have led me through. So many wonderfull trials and ex[eriences have caused me to grow closer every day. Thank you for blessing the guy that was going on a mission trip in 36 days. That will change him for all his life, I know. agape justme |

Grace and Truth: I have spent the last half hour reading your notes and questions. I find you interesting. I will say very directly, that you are strong in your defense of the Church of Christ. In all honesty a more sweeter spirit and a loving caring way of presenting your words is despertly needed! That is if you want to really get your point the slightest chance to make a valid stand. I don't care how right you are, with a harsh attitude, you do more to drive readers away. Let me be quite blunt, ok? Hank is a very intellegent man. Hank has such high standards, most likely I will never come close to. I admire his kindness, and corrections. He has challenged my spelling and syntex, I often feel my gramer is that of a first grader. For my gramer I am deeply sorry. However, when I read that Hank was throwing in the towel with you, I was stunned! I admit at times you have slipped out of notes I have sent you. I have considered that is JUSTME, but when a true Elder of the forum says something like he did to you, take notice! You really come across so abrubt, and offensive. Either you are not willing to learn, or you have become unteachable. I saw why you confront Forum members. Can I suggest that perhaps your time and effort to change the Forum members to your belief system, perhaps might be better spent elsewhere. I am aware this could be understood by you as a note from some of those others you refer to. I honestly feel you need to gain respect for others for what they say, for you to become readable, and believable. To be perfectly honest, I see very little Grace, and Truth only as you see it. I wonder is there anyhting any of us believe or say that you consider is even a possibility. You and the Church can't know it all, can you? agape, justme |

Hank: I do have three nutered goats we use to keep the 3 acers trimed down. Does this not represent good stewardship? However if raven was a amish they have horse and buggies. I wish raven would respond to my note. I noticed you have had an interesting day. I love open mindedness, and consideration for others feelings, and I sincerely try to show those qualities. However, sometimes this key board just does not do as I tell it to do. agape, justme |

1456 | Divorced Pastor do weddings? | Bible general Archive 1 | justme | 52088
Tim: From the first I have said I would rather do a funeral than a wedding as I knew they would stay put! Sadly, and a heart brake is how many divorced that I married, it really hurts. I never will marry anyone with out counseling ever again. I did for some family members to my heart ache. God bless. agape, justme |

1457 | Divorced Pastor do weddings? | Bible general Archive 1 | justme | 52062
Tim: May I add that it is also the state or local county laws that also regulate. As a general rule If a person is ordained, that is enough. However in some states just going in to the County clerk and registering with then just as a person wanting to do marriage services is adaquate. Whether a former pastor is divorced has little to do with the state allowing him or her to marry. In fact you can get adds in papers and in magazines sell minister diplomas for a small price to ANYONE to marry couples and make lots of bif money. Ha Ha, I have married more couples for nothing. I usually give it back to the bride as asupprise gift. Justme |

1458 | Will Christ be coming back very soon? | Rev 22:20 | justme | 51717
alpha and omega: does this there are two of you? Oh well, back to your question. I do not believe there is anything remaining to happen for Christ' return. I believe the only thing stopping His return is Gods Love and Mercy that He wants no one to perish. May I suggest you read Matthew 28 the whole chapter. There are many things that could go on for a long time. Paul expected Jesus to return in his lifetime 2000 years ago. Then again we are to live our life as Jesus may return tommrow. But work for His Kindom as it may not take place in your lifetime. Only The Father know the hour! I suggest you be anxious for nothing, but be ready at anytime. agape, justme |

Prayon: The information you wrote is par excelaunce! I whould however suggest that Potiphar was a true eunuch. This is according to THE GENESIS RECORD by Morris. After hearing this from my pastor one Sunday I asked him his source of information. Luckly I had the book and sure enough Morrris said that. Now the rendering of potiphar's wife demanding sexual advances makes a little more clearer understanding. Again you did a very excellent note. agape, justme |
