101 | Is Crucifixion by Christians Biblical? | Bible general Archive 2 | tgc | 121994
Hello prazn, No it is not biblical for one christan to try to break another one. This would have nothing to do with the process of santification. Sanctification is not the place of man it is the work of the Holy Spirit. Many times there is a temorary pain connected with the process of santification it is not the place of people to inflict this. The pain I am speaking of could be termed growing pains. A great scriptural reference for this question would the the whole book of James. Also refernce 1 Cor. 1:30 1 Thess 4:3 2 Thess 2:13. Futher I would refer you to www.equp.org where you can pull down CRI prospectives on many different subjects including sanctification. I really hope this helps. In The Love of Christ, tgc |

102 | Why is the devil released after 1,000 yr | Bible general Archive 2 | tgc | 121990
Hello, Liveright, I will try to answere at least of two of these. During the Millenium it is belived my many that there will be two kinds of people on Earth during this time. One is the belivers who have come with Christ to set up His earthly Kingdom. The other will be normal mortal people who will only have in this world under Christ direct rule. These people will be tempted by Satan when he is released for the short time. As for the second part of your question after much pondering and research the only answere that comes up is that part of God's perfect plan includes Satan not being cast into the lake of fire until the appointed time. I have seen many opions on this but as far as I can tell scripture is silent on this question. As far as pets are concerned I have no ideal except they will be left behind and at that point we will not be concerned with them we will be to busy worshipping Jesus at the Marriage Feast of the Lamb. Hope this helps. In the Love of Christ, tgc

bstudent3, Lets just cut all the fancy talk and put all of this in plain lanuage. Jesus Christ is God! To deny this is to deny the entire teaching of scripture to make my point I offer the following. As Messiah, Ps.24:7 Ps. 24:10 Ps. 45:6-7 Is. 40:3 Is 40:11 Jer.23:5-6 Zech. 13:7 Mat. 3:3 mark 2:7 Rom.9:3 Col.3:13 Titus2:13 Heb.13:20 1 Peter2:8 Jesus as God Gen2:3 Is7:14 Is9:6 Is44:6 Is48:12-16 Mat1:23 Mat12:8 Mat26:63-67 Phil2:6 John1:1 Col 2:9 Rev22:13 Jesus as one with the Father John 10:30 John 12:45 Proverbs 30:4 Mat. 11:27 John 5:17 John 5:23 John 10:38. You say you hope I will be with you in the resurrected earth I hope you will come to realize that your only hope of anything other than eternal damnation that is a real place of punishment with eternal physical existence seperated from God is to come to know Jesus Christ as your great God and Savior the One who paid the price for all of our sins on the cross. The only way to know the Father is through the Son. So I will ask you now will you come to that place of repentance and except the real Jesus as your Lord and Savior Confess your sin to Him and except His gift of salvation. No matter how many doors you knock on, how many magizines you distribute , what you do for the Watch Tower Org. none of it will cut it before before God. Only through the rightousness of Jesus Christ can you stand before God. tgc |

105 | Salvation by compulsion-Romans 5 | Rom 5:1 | tgc | 121917
formereveything, good evening, I really think Tim Moran and Angel summed things up nicely but let me add that when God created man He created Him to live forever. Because we choose sin death came into this world. But that does not change the fact God created us to always exist from the point of our conception foward. Therefore salvation would be the wrong term for what you are refering to I think the word you are looking for is ressurection. And yes all will be resurrected in that we have no option. What we do have an option in is will it be resurrected to glory with Christ or eternal damnation.Salvation is not manatory salvation comes when you surrender to Christ as Lord of your life in a state of repentence. Salvation is an excercise of our free will respnding with the faith God has given is to the Gospel. Resurrection is a fact we cannot avoid. Hope this helps. In The Love of Christ, tgc |

109 | Miss JW please answer this question | Bible general Archive 2 | tgc | 121909
bstudent3, The question is not do I disagree with what Paul has written under the authority of the Holy Spirit, but do you. My refernce for this is 1 Cor. chapter 15. Here Paul addresses the resurrected Christ as a reality. He goes so far as to say without the resurrection of Christ we are hopless. The fact that this is a bodily resurrection is very clearly shown by Jesus Himself in Luke 24:36-44. So if your doctrin concerning the resurrection is correct the bible is wrong. No offense but I will side with Jesus and what he says on this. tgc

bstudent3, First things first. The reference I made proves alot it shows Micheal as a subbortant of God but Jesus as His equal. Now yes I can respond to your statement. CONTEXT CONTEXT CONTEXT! The verses you refer to are part of a much longer passage addressing foods sacfriced to idols. Back up to verse 4 of 1 Cor. 8 and what does Paul say " There fore concerning the ating of things sacfriced to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world and that there is no other God but one." If you would like to have an understanding of this read all chapter 8 in context. tgc |

111 | Who is Melchizedek | Not Specified | tgc | 121813
Who is Melchizedek? Some say he was a mortal man who was a king. Others say he was A preincarnate Christ. It seems to me that if I look at Hebrews 7:1-2 it would support the view of a preincarnate Christ. Any input on this question would be greatly appreciated. In Christ, tgc |

113 | Praying in tongues | Rom 8:26 | tgc | 121812
Greetings 8788, Please keep in prospective that prayer is all about us building a relationship with the Creator God of the universe. Remember God already knows what your going to ask before you ask. Do not be so concerned with tongues for they will pass away if they have not already. I belive tongues is a known lanuage one is giving the ability to speak through the power of the Holy Spirit. As far as having time for prayer take Paul's advice and pray without ceasing. This means an attitude of prayer. Remember prayer should contain worship praise intercession and any request you have to make. I hope this has helped you. Focus first on Christ and building that relationship He wants with you. 114 | when, where and why did lucifer fall | Is 14:12 | tgc | 121808
ministermay, I have to agree with sbaegon Lucifer's fall did come after the creation and pride was the reason although I think arrogance and envy was invovled as well. When Lucifer saw that he would never be able to have a place with God like the crowning jewel of His creation Man would his pride was deeply offened. Therefore he rebeld against God. Of course there are other reasons he rebeled but I think this is the key. In The Love of Christ, tgc |

117 | God is one | Gal 4:4 | tgc | 121708
ucmenew, Thank about the sitting God is in when He is making this statement. Who is He talking to? By using the plural He is already starting to reveal the Trinity. Another example of this occurs in Gen. 1-1 where the word for God is Elohim which is in thr plural form of theoriginal lanuage. However plural here denotes three or more for in the original lanuage there is singular, dual and plural forms of words. It is amazing howgreat of God we serve and how much He loves us and wants us to know that He starts from verse 1 to revile Himself to us. However I would have to respectfully disagree with the Mary part of some of the previous answers. When God speaks of His image He is talking about those attributes of God that all of us have. There are four of these the soul, the emotions, the free will or ability to choose and a soul. This passage is intended to open up the teaching of the Trinity and to reveal the fact we are created in God's image. In Christ Love, tgc |
