JV, Answers: 1) It doesn't. And how do you know that water always boils at exactly that place on a thermometer (made in China) marked 212 and freezes exactly at that place marked 32? 2)through 5) are not scientific statements, but its not difficult to find examples in Scripture of wood floating, metal sinking, points of the compass, seasons of the year, and sunny days and dark nights. Lionstrong I seem to run into you all along the way and my pleasure it is. Corcerning Joshua somethings i don't understand but one thing i do and if the Bible says it I beleive it It cuts down on faith if we must understand but i was always dumb enough to beleive the Word of God and beleived and obeyed. Thanks, Jim However, faith does require understanding. It is not true that one can believe without understanding. A person has to have some comprehension of what they are asked to believe before it's even posible to believe it. So the better we understand God's truth the stronger our faith can be. Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus. Peace. Lionstrong |
