Greetings Copyrightpolice! May I interject here? You are correct that there is not any verse which specifically states "Beelzebub is Satan". However, the structure of the passage makes it pretty clear that this is the case. It is even more apparent in Marks account. In Mk. 3:22, the teachers of the Law make the accusation that Jesus is casting out demons by the power of Beelzebub. Jesus immediately responds with a parable saying in v. 23, "...How can Satan drive out Satan?". Thus, structurally, it seems a pretty safe bet that Beelzebub and Satan are both references to the same entity.
