In the Bible, certain angels have names...which leads one to believe (reading between the lines) that all angels have their own name. Demons are fallen angels and there is a verse in Matthew that refers to one of those demons by name. Do all demons have individual names? |

Hello copyrightpolice Besides Satan, no individual fallen angels are named. I think your Matthew reference is to "Legion" which was actually several demons. Steve |

Matthew 12:22-28 refers to the prince of demons as "Beelzebub." Is this a name of Satan? (If so, please give verses) :) | ||||||

Hello copyrightpolice My verses are Matthew 12:26-27. The Lord Jesus is not comparing two different entities here. Rather He is using two names for the same entity. Beelzebub means "lord of the flies." It's a fitting title for Satan. Steve |
