1 | The Law? | Col 2:14 | lionheart | 164356 | ||
Doc, Gods best to you this day.Just read this post on advice (146244). Boy oh boy,wanna talk about getting blown away. This explains the subject of the law better than I ever could. The words eliminate or abolish regarding the law never came out of Jesus mouth,fulfill did though.There's a whole world of difference between abolish,eliminate and fulfill.These are things that we as disciples of Jesus Christ now more than ever need to be accutely aware of. I say all of this in light of Romans 15:4. We cant afford to close the door on any part of Gods Word,In doing so we rip ourseves off and wind up selling God short. 2 Timothy 3:16,17 God gave us all 66 books of the bible for a reason. It's a good idea for Gods people to take full advantage of everything God has bestoed on us. I highly recomend this post to all of you my brothers and sisters. Doc is there any way I can forward this to someone? There is a brother here in Portland that this would truly bless. In Christ, lionheart |
