Born 1952
Baptized: 1964 at age of 12.
Married: 1971
Children: two daughters, both married. No grandchildren.

Heart Attack: 2002
Internal Bleeding: 2004

I Re-committed my life to Jesus in June, 2004 after dying in emergency room and meeting God in person. The hospital room staff was impervious to my condition (my wife was not, neither was my daughter). The hospital room staff did not bring me back, God sent me back to spread His word. He told me so. The Holy Spirit resides in me now, and He gives me this warm feeling that I can only describe as the “Warm-Fuzzies.” How wonderful He is. How do I know this. I know this because (Galatians 2:20b) "...Christ Lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."

I have sinned, and God has forgiven me. My wife has forgiven me, and I have forgiven myself.

I’ve read the Bible thru. I carry at least one copy of the Holy Bible everywhere I go. I read it at lunch. I’ll read it in the mall while my wife shops. I read it at work. (I have the opportunity to.) I have at least 9 Bibles. NIV, KJV, Living Letters, Net Bible (print). I have regular Bibles, Study Bibles, Life Study Bibles and Reference Bibles. I have Matthew Henry, Strong’s and Sprugeon just to name a few. I do more than read, I study, study, study. I feel that Spurgeon’s sermons are just wonderful.

I have learned to close your eyes to sin. Train your mind to do good, and to try and be like Job. God knows I’m trying.

While there is good in all of the Scriptures, there is more to Christianity than just the scriptures. We mustn’t get lost in that. We must remember why the Scriptures are there in the first place. They are there in order to teach us about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. But, there is so, so much more to God. We must remember that. We must think of God and how He affects each and every one of us every single day.

Prayers are answered if you believe. Mine have been.
