EXAMPLE ME AND MY HUSBAND SLEEPT IN THIS MORNING I WOKE UP FIRST AND I WAS GETTING READY FOR WORK IN THE MIST I WAS HUNGRY SO I MADE ME SOME QUESSADIAS, MY HUSBAND WAS STILL ASLEEP AND HE HAS TOLD ME ABOUT 3 OTHER TIMES HE DOES NOT LIKE THEM, SO BEING THOOSE 2 THINGS I DID NOT MAKE HIM ANY. HE WOKE UP DUE TO ME COOKING, CAUSE HE COULD SMELL THE FOOD. ASKED ME WHY I DID NOT MAKE HIM ANY, I TOLD HIM MY REASONS. I SAID I WAS SORRY. HE SAID I WAS BEING SELFISH AND WAS WRONG FOR NOT LOOKING AFTER HIM. I ASKED WOULD HE LIKE ME TO MAKE HIM SOME, HE SADI NO AND I NEEDED JUST TO GET READY FOR WORK BEFORE I REALLY PISSED HIM OFF. THERE ARE MANY TIMEWS WHEN I DO NOT MEAN TO UPSET HIM AND I DO ANYWAYS. I AM HAVING TO LEARN IN GODS LOVE THAT I AM NO LONGER IN CONTROL OF HOUSEHOLD AND SO FAR IT HAS BEEN EASY EXCPT FOR WHEN I DONT DO SOMTHING THE WAY HE WANTS IT OR THE WAY HE THINKS IT SHOULD GO HE SAYS HE IS DISAPLINING ME AND TRING TO SHOW MY THE WAY GOD WANTS A WIFE TO BE. I DID NOT THINK HE WAS TO YELL AND SCREAM AT ME NOR WAS HE TO SAY THINGS LIKE," I PICK UP OUT SON FROM DAYCARE THE LEAST YOU SHOULD DO IT DROP HIM OFF." I WORK FROM 2 PM TO 9:30 PM AND GET UP EVERYMORNING TO TAKE OUR SON TO DAYCARE AT 7:30 AM THEN I CLEAN THE HOUSE AND WASH CLOTHES, ONLY ASK MY HUSBAND TO PICK OUR SON UP AND WATCH HIM. WHEN I GET HOME I COOK DINNER AND CLEAN THE KITCHEN. MY HUSBAND DOES NOT WORK HE GETTS SOCIAL SECURITY. I EXPLAINED IT TO HIM I JUST WOULD LIKE TO SLEEP IN FOR 1 DAY A WEEK TO CATCH UP ON SOME SLEEP. HE SAYS I AM THE WIFE IT IS MY JOB TO TAKE CARE OF THE DOMESTIC THINGS AND I SHOULD NOT COMPLAINE OR ASK FOR HELP NO OTHER WOMAN IN THE BIBLE DID

Dear V, thanks for your response. Again I say to you, if you and your husband cannot work through your problems then by all means seek qualified help. Address the problem head on and don't believe that you can put a Band Aid on the boo-boo and make it disappear. I don't recall your mentioning prayer. Do you and your husband pray together; do you pray for one another? .... Please rest assured that neither this Forum nor any other web site is the proper venue for solving personal problems of this sort. We are by and large a group of Christian believers who are eager to share with one another and with others who do not know the Lord Jesus as their Savior such knowledge as we have of God's word, but we are not marriage counselors. It would be expressly irresponsible of us and unfair to you to attempt to give you specific advice beyond what we have already said. But we do wish you well and pray that you and your husband may, by the grace of God, find joy, unity, love, and peace in your marriage. My wife and I have a marriage that has endured and grown steadily richer for well over four decades. We have no secret forumula, but we have found that putting God first in our lives makes everything else go a great deal better. --Hank
