Scripture ... Eze 16:53 - context chapter 16 ... sowvic ... Verse 3 shows that the Lord is talking to Jerusalem. Read the chapter and you'll see she is unfaithful and this is an allegory. Sodom is first mentioned in verse 49. Sodom, Samaria and Jerusalem are sisters. Lot and his family lived in Sodom and could be considered a remnant. His daughter's bore sons who began Moabites and Ammonites (Gen 19:36-38). Searcher |
