God's day to you, Hopalong, In John 5, was the man who Jesus healed the only person there? I know the Bible doesn't say, but, if the Bethesda waters could be stirred at anytime, I'd think that others would be there. While miraculous healing is a wonderful thing, it is not the main thing. The main thing is that thru the healings and wonders, the people witnessed the power of God working thru the apostles and evangelists! These signs testified to their claim that they were sent by and empowered by God to proclaim the Good News that salvation comes thru faith in Jesus. Hopalong |
