Hi Gamewiz Romans 1:20 is teaching us that there will be no one who will have an excuse such as " I didn't know". God has left a witness of himself to all humans and they are responsible for what they have done with the light that he has given them. God is able to deal with the hearts of those we cannot reach with the gospel. If humans decide to turn against the light which they have been given they will be lost and without excuse. I have heard many missionary stories about people who lived in ignorance of the gospel as we know it. Some yearned to know more about their creator. They realized that there was a higher power and yet they did not know him. We must remember that God knows our hearts and hears our cry. The story continues, that in a country a young man hears the gospel and is saved. God puts it upon his heart to reach out to others in far off lands. God guides him to the very place where people where wishing to know God. It is amazing that these people who did not know much about God, eagerly took the gospel in and where saved. Many today are preachers and teachers in their own country. God can and will reach those who wish to know him. The important thing to remember that there is only one way to heaven and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ alone. God bless you |
