I'm trying to understand what Greek words were translated in the NASB as "the only begotten God". No other version I have found says this, and I haven't found this translation supported yet. Any info out there? | ||||||

(John 1:18) The Catholic Douay-Rheims 1899 Check also the BibleGateway.com: NIV on footnotes: 1. 1:18 Or the Only Begotten 2. 1:18 Some manuscripts but the only (or only begotten) Son KJV, NKJV, KJ21, ASV, YLT, DARBY: ...the only begotten Son...
