1 | 'Conscientious Objection' Biblical? | Ex 20:13 | RElderCascade | 16134
According to scripture you don't have you do it yourself. The state (not you) is given the sword for this. Unless your view of democracy requires you to be able to actually carry out EVERY specific task given to a mankind in a state's ruling authority. You can free yourself from such utopian views of what you could or could not do in society -- and get back to what scripture says and to whom does it say it. We are under the authority of the word of God as Christians, and the state is clearly under the authority of the word of God, we must pray for our leaders and obey them according to scripture.
