1 | Why the spotlight on gays? | Prov 6:16 | DocTrinsograce | 142369 | ||
"People in their wisdom have changed God from a loving God to an oppressor, from a just God into an unjust god, from the God of creation into the god of evolution, from a Holy God to a god that winks at sin." Where'd that come from? How in the world you get that out of the article is beyond me, brother Ed. God is both just and loving. Creation versus evolution? Winks at sin? Shifts sin from the individual??? I know you are very sensitive about certain kinds of theology, but those glasses sure aren't rose colored. Whew! Calm down, brother... not much is gained by casting dispersions out of the blue -- extreme blue! I wish I had more time to devote to this, but my schedule isn't permitting it. In Him, Doc PS Whew! |

Doc Out of the Blue??? If you had read what I said in context instead of trying to make me look the fool you would have seen I was applying what Romans 1:21-25 said into today’s terms. God said this is the reason He would turn people over to their own lusts doing vile and degrading things with their bodies. Which by the way is not the same reason given in this article. Enough!!! Instead of responding to my comments on this article you have attempted in your posts to make it appear that I'm attacking you. Which I never did. That I was some loon pulling things out of the blue. When in fact they were germane to the discussion. You implied I contradicted basic scriptural truths contained in scripture I never even mentioned. Lastly you took a cheap mocking shoot at my Pentecostal background. Since this seems to be one of the two ways you function on this forum I think it best, and before I say something I don't want to, that I just end my participation in this thread. EdB |

Sir, I apologize for taking your words out of context. I gave too much haste to my response while not giving enough time to my reading. Consequently, I misquoted you and even misunderstood you. Mea culpa. I accept the blame for this, and make no excuse. It is with great humility that I beg your forgiveness for this error. In Him, Doc |
