1 | What about other death punishments? | Prov 6:16 | nelson9770 | 142165
I completely understand your point. My point to my original question is this. Why is there not a hatred for the sin of child molesters or why is it not as out as homosexuals is today? Why is there not as much hatred for the sin of those who commit incest, adultery, pergury, kidnaping. All of these sins have punishment of death. Why are we as a Chrisitan society so focused on homosexuals? Would not the molesters, liars, kidnapers condemn the family as much as the homosexuals would? How about the adulters? They are not keeping the family together? Why are we not making blanket statements and taking away these people's civil liberts as well.

Scripture ... James 2:10 ..................... nelson9770 The focus on homosexuals is partly because they want rights they don't have. Do the other groups of sinners demand rights like they do? James 2:10 (read the context) says if we break one law, we are guily of them all -- eqaully guilty. So all sin should be looked on eqaully, tho the punishment for each is different (Exo-Due) |
