I've never read a biography or any doctrinal statements by Finney. I think I may have seen 1 or 2 leaflets by him from Last Days Ministries, and I believe he had something to do with the odd modern definition of "revival" -- but that's about all I know about him. I figure he's in God's hands; I've never heard anyone refer to his teachings as a basis of denominational or congregational doctrine. Calvin and Wesley on the other hand.... | ||||||

Oh, by the way how would you define revival better than the "odd modern definition"? You evidenced some real interesting considerations. Were the "Last Days Ministeries" of Kieth Green's origin? | ||||||

Hey that has happened to me and I would guess, to many others as well. As a solution, I have been trying to remember to compose my longer postings on my word processor, and then cut and paste it into this forum. I don't do it all the time, but I want to. See if that helps you as well. | ||||||
