Wikipedia has a page on herodias who was Jewish new to me and how it was unlawful according to the standards of that time and judaic law for divorcees to remarry. So why would Jesus our Lord say that it was o.k to do so. He didn;t break the law nor tell anyone that it was o.k to divorce and remarry it is a sin. With much Love in HImXX |
