Many sites on a google search claim Psalm 118:8 is the middle verse while some say Psalm 117 is the middle chapter. Your answer will depend on what you include and the order. You will have books of the Hebrew Scriptures in different orders depending on whether Jewish or Christian. You will have additional books and sections included if you are Catholic. A protestant will have more verses in the KJV (such as the ending of Mark and the Woman caught in adultery in John) than you will on a translation based on a more modern critical text. | ||||||
