GB, in re your response to Doc, viz.: "In such a day as this, your phrase 'one-woman man' reeks with the stench of the same arguments that grew to advocate same-sex marriage. Your thought could very well be interpreted as anti-marriage." ...... Glory Bound, save your fire: you're shooting at the wrong target. The thought you make so much ado about did not originate in Doc's mind. You need to take your concerns to the Boss, the Chairman of the Board, the divine Author of 1 Timothy 3:2. Because in the original Greek, "the husband of one wife" literally means, a "one-woman man." So if you find that phrase "reeks with the stench of...same-sex marriage," take it up with the Boss; but please don't blame it on poor Doc. He's in sales, not management. --Hank | ||||||

Hank, you have read me totally wrong. I am blaming or shooting fire at no one. I made a simple statement, which could have, and has since been clarified, and I stick by what I have said to date. Language and terminology changes throughout the times. I'm sorry if you misunderstood my intentions in my post. Have a Gay day GB |
