1 | Denominations is shameful? | 1 Cor 3:4 | Emmaus | 92441
Joyce, May I suggest you ask your husband to discuss this matter with his pastor. I suspect he will be advised to respect your conscience and live in peace with you. These may be difficult issues, but they are not cause for divorce unless the parties try to force the other's conscience. The same situation often occurs when when spouse chooses to become a Catholic and the other remains Protestant. Emmaus |

2 | Denominations is shameful? | 1 Cor 3:4 | Joyce Ong | 92486
WE had seen a Catholic nun who advised as such. His brother and sisters also advised him to respect my wishes but to no avail. He chooses to hold on to his own perception of me. He sees himself as flexible and I, closed minded. In practice, it is true, he is able to worship at any church, even my church. Nonetheless, with such flexibility, he chooses not to relinquish his own heritage, the Catholic faith and instead determines for me to surrender mine. He told me once, that I had the free choice but if I choose the wrong choice, I definitely faced the consequence of cold war, and ultimatums. Thanks Emmaus.
