1 | Who is the son of man which is in heaven | John 3:11 | CDBJ | 144647
Hi Ray, Since we are splitting hairs, could you come up with biblical proof that Jesus was the, “second Adam”; I can’t find that in my Bible? CDBJ |

2 | Who is the son of man which is in heaven | John 3:11 | cb2859 | 144648
I'm not Ray, but here is what you asked for concerning Christ as the second (last!) Adam. -Chris 1 Corinthians 45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 3 | Who is the son of man which is in heaven | John 3:11 | CDBJ | 144679
Ah, I am glad you said “last Adam”, and of this verse I am well aware. Jesus “isn’t” referred to as the second Adam but the Last, and I concur; there is a difference! He is called the second man, but the last Adam. 1 Cor. 15:45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. I was just pulling Ray’s chain a little bit since he was being so exact with what another member said on a post; I’m sure he will get my drift because he is pretty much on top of things and he knows his Bible. Thanks for the response, CDBJ |

4 | Who is the son of man which is in heaven | John 3:11 | Ray | 144684
Hi CDBJ, I was being exact with what Brent was saying because he is expecting to see a "man" in heaven. The 1 Corinthian 15 passage speaks of the heavenly Man, even the Lord from heaven. See the NKJ. The passage says that flesh and blood can not inherit the kingdom of God. We must be changed into the image of this heavenly Man. 1) I go with the NKJ for 1 Corinthians 15:47 where it reads, "The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord from heaven." So there is no difference between the second Man and the last Adam. From the heart, Ray |

5 | Who is the son of man which is in heaven | John 3:11 | CDBJ | 144707
Hello Ray, Are you suggesting that Jesus, since His resurrection, does not have flesh with his glorified body? In your post you stated, “So there is no difference between the second Man and the last Adam.” The difference is, the KJV Bible I’m reading doesn’t say, second Adam; it says last Adam and there isn’t going to be any more, as a third a fourth or a fifth, Christ is the last. Is that right or wrong, or am I mistaken? CDBJ |
