1 | How to teach people to hear God's voice? | John 10:4 | Bodie | 137520
Hello EdB I'm not looking for fortunetelling or riches just a way to help individuals become more intimate with our blessed Lord and Savior. Some people that I've talked to say that they pray and seek God but He doesn't answer them in any form. There is no clear cut method but maybe some guidelines or instructions on what or how to do something in order to aline themselves with the Spirit until they hear His voice in some form. Bodie |

2 | How to teach people to hear God's voice? | John 10:4 | EdB | 137571
Bodie The best and only way I know is to get real serious and begin praying. It won't be easy but those that diligently seek God find Him. Begin praying telling God you want to know His voice. You might hear other voices but they won't line up with the word of God. Ignore them and press in. Eventually you will hear a small still voice that will confirm itself as God's voice. At that point stay in God's presence until your familiar enough with His voice that you would know it anywhere. The hard part in this is keeping you mind focused on God and not letting it wonder off. Remember the adversary when he sees your serious will try to deceive you but again keep pressing in. Again I remind you God is faithful and he has promised that those that ‘diligently’ seek Him will find Him. The secret here is the diligent part, most of use get real serious but after awhile we start letting our minds wonder, we start doubting, we get tired, we get frustrated, and etc. You need to get pass those things to find God. Is it easy? No! It is probably the hardest thing I have ever done but there is nothing in existence like it. But once you have successfully pressed through you will find that God is much closer than you ever imagined and is easily found by those that seek Him. Again God doesn’t tell fortunes and he doesn’t contradict scripture nor does he add to or subtract from scripture. But He does illuminate it and truth, in ways we are not familiar with. His voice is love, His presence is peace and His holiness will overwhelm you. EdB |
