Do you feel that some of us be "left behind" to act as light for those who have not or seen the word of GOD? this is being so close in time to the tribulaiton, a few of us have been discussing and are more than will to be left behind to do this emmese work. | ||||||

While honorable it can't be. If you have repented, baptised you will be taken at the rapture. The two witnesses will be here to full fill scripture for the first 1/2 of the trib period. While hearts will be hardened at the end times..as we see now...some will most likely repent after the rapture occurs. For Christ, Preston |

I do not. But, G-d gave us 42 oz of thought process(sometimes I think 36 or 38 here.LOL)and I believe He expects us to use it. Many today have one leg planted on the belief and sinful side. The divine occurence of the rapture will surely convince some to finally repent,receive/accept Christ and witness for Him during the short time they will have under the dictatorsip reign of the AC. Understanding human actions today is the basis for the belief expressed. Example, it is often cited that a new Christian had experiened a major tribulation in life and his attention was re-directed to Christ. Just an observation as part of the answer to the question submitted. |

Greetings GP, I would imagine that on the basis, that you have pointed out, that God would grant the same amount of time for those left behind to repent. Since: God is not respecter of persons. Acts 10:34 (B) Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: You suggested: “The divine occurrence of the rapture will surely convince some to finally repent, receive/accept Christ and witness for Him during the short time they will have under the dictatorship reign of the AC.” I suppose we could use the same logic and could say that there will likely be as many saved after the rapture as there were saved after the door of the ark was shut when the believers in Noah’s time were sealed within the confines of the ark? They were given the chance to repent while they were treading water. Matthew 24:37-39 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. There will likely be about the same percentage left behind that will repent as they did in the city of Gomorra right after Lot was delivered? They were repenting while putting on their flame retardant suits. Luke 17:27-30 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. I believe when Christ returns for His own that the long suffering of God will have come to a halt. If not then, why didn’t He wait just a little longer for those who would repent? Enough is enough. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Genesis 6:3 (A) And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, Have fun, CDBJ |

CDBJ, We must not forget; 1)We are under the NT and new covenant. Not the OT and old covenant. Comparisons to the Ark and S and G are a stretch since they are under the old covenant. The new covenant gives us forgiveness thru Grace by the shed blood of Jesus Christ for any who repent. Those here will still be humans in the flesh which must go thru the trib. period. I can find no scripture which says that stops when the rapture occurs and the trib. period begins. 2) Revelation refers to saints from the trib. period. Who are they? 3)G-d must reach down, seal and save 12000 from each of the twelve tribes..144000...during the trib. period as seed for the millenium reign of Christ on earth. Are those sinners.... that He will save? Etc. The Holy Spirit...our comforter...will be taken away in the middle of the trib. period..not at the beginning. For Christ, Preston |

Shalom GPreston, Might I ask you what is the New Covenant that you are talking about, where is its description found? I'm not getting involved in the Revelation discussion, CDBJ is quite clear and capable in that area (he re-directed my thinking a bit)! I'm just curious about your view of the New Covenant. :-) Cheri |
