Thank you so much for your answer! Our son was trained/instructed from birth from scripture. To answer your questions he was CONSTANTLY told about keeping pure until marriage. In fact we just spoke to him and gave him the opportunity to tell us the truth and he lied about his fiance living there when in fact know it is not true. We do not or ever did have cable of any kind. we also never watched television. He was homeschooled and taught the Truth from an early age. Like the Bible says-from the rising of the sun until the setting and the coming in and going out. We taught him God's standards. We told him all along (even as he was growing up)that we could not put our blessing or attend his wedding if he commited fornication.

PutGodFirst: I would encourage you to consider this painful choice. Perhaps attending and saying he has made the rught choice now, just might open the door for recconcilation. This is a huge major event in their life. Tell them what you did in the past was sinful, and wrong, but we pray you are making the correct choice now. Perhaps not attending might push him and his bride farther away from Christ. Your attending just might show them that there is forgiveness, because you are showing that they too can find the same in Christ.
