Bible Note: Hello fmp, You stated, "All the evidence, therefore, indisputably points to the fact that the Lord’s prophecy regarding the coming kingdom, as set forth in Matthew 16:28, Mark 9:1, and Luke 9:27, came to fruition on the day of Pentecost, fifty days after the death of Christ." I think it more realistic to say that 'some of the evidence' may point to this, and there is much that can be disputed about this supposed fulfillment. I will agree that Preterism is a legitimate eschatological view within the pale of Orthodoxy. Yet, it remains a minority view at that. I find that telling in and of itself!
