Bible Question: Why do Christians worship a god whose morals are lower than their own? (Example - In two gospels, Jesus chastised the Jews for not following the OT law that if you break a commandment, like not honoring your father or mother, you should be put death. I would say that most Christians today don't practice or believe in that punishment. Iraqis kill woman for adultery, as should Christians because this is the punishment that Jesus and God prescribed.) |
Bible Answer: Moslems do not believe in redemption or grace. When the real depth of all our sin is understood, we do not see ourselves as being morally superior to one another. |
