Subject: about taking someone to court |
Bible Note: joel k What was the reason you were fired was it because you witnessed or was another reason given? If another reason was given did it have any merit at all? Many people get fired and refuse to accept the fact they didn't do what was required to keep the job. If you were doing a good job and had good evaluations and were still fired after witnessing then you may a have complaint. If you do then you need to let the man that owns the business have a chance to make things right. If he refuses then you I think your free to investigate legal action. But once again make sure the real reason for you being fired wasn't because of work issues. If you go to court and they can show you failed to perform as required by the company and they were justified firing you, you may end up with notoriety you don’t want and may have a very hard time finding another job. Be very careful! EdB |
