I want to focus on where you said:

Isn't this true for the devil also, that God would not create him knowing he will not come unto the knowledge of the truth and just have to be cast into this scary Lake of Fire?

Why do you ignor the scriptures that deal with sin and hell fire?

1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, [ That is, catamites] nor sodomites,
10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

Matthew 5:19

Jer 23
