Bible Question:
DT, You said "scripture is always chronological in nature. The correct interpretation" ... then "Genesis 1 is a thumbnail sketch of creation. Genesis zeros in on the beginning of the God's redemptive story." So which is it? Does chapter 2 follow chapter 1 chronologically, therefore two creations ... or is chapter 2 recounting chapter 1? |
Bible Answer: The latter. "The correct interpretation -- in my opinion -- is that Genesis 1 is a thumbnail sketch of creation. Genesis zeros in on the beginning of the God's redemptive story." |
