Subject: meaning of numbers in the bible |
Bible Note: Hi Nolan, I am sorry you feel this way. I appreciate your opinion but I wish you would not respond to this because in my opinion you are denying something written by the Father which is very important. I believe the numbers prove the word true. If you want to take the numbers at face value that is your perogative. The Father is perfect and so are His numbers and in my opinion they have meaning to Him. I appreciate your academics but the Father has said in His letter what He will do to the wisdom of this world. If the numbers are not important then what would it have mattered if He made the world in 20 days or if he made man the 4th day? By saying numbers only have a face value I feel you are saying it wouldn't matter if the ark was 34 cubits by 22 cubits by 345 cubits. The Father is perfect and so is His word and numbers which are there in my opinion to further our understanding. If you want to disagree that is your choice but please disagree and move on. You know what I believe and unless you can prove with scripture where it says the numbers are not important please respect my opinion. Thanks in Jesus, Casiv |
