Bible Question: meaning of numbers in the bible |
Bible Answer: Scripture ... Gen 46:26, Lev 12:5 I too welcome you to the forum. Jensen and Ed B gave good answers. Casiv didn't provide Biblical support. Here is something to think about what he said: -Sixty-six is never associated with idol worship (I see it twice in the Bible) ... it is the number of direct descendants of Jacob, not including the wives of Jacob's sons who went to Egypt (Gen 46:26) and the purification period for a woman after having a baby girl (Lev 12:5) -How can the number two is both union and division ... aren't these opposites? I encourage you to search Scripture, Searcher |
