Bible Note: CDBJ:-)Having updated my computer several times from July,4 1998, and changing the hard drive and memory, phone moden, and other "stuff" I also got the snow white virus four times! So I have my Bible programs, but use my library Books much more, as it can't crash and I can look at several more reference materals more than this machine. I like the feel and look of books. The Bibles I use mainly are the updated NASB and the NIV new STUDY BIBLE. I have worn out about five bibles that are so full of notes that at times I have up to 5 Bibles open while studing. Besidedes, for me it is good to start fresh with a new Bible and it seems to speak fresh all over again. I get new perspectives on fimular verses, or chapters or books. So for me the computer has much to offer, but books have one big advantage, they require no power only my eyes and light enough to read. I consider myself quite up to speed but I love reading a book. Oh by the way this is my first post in 2003 and you got it, congradulations! justme |
