Bible Note: Emmaus Turning to my trusty Webster dictionary, I find two definitions for meat: 1 - Food 2 - The flesh of animals, especially of mammals. Checking on the definition of animal, the first definition is: any living organism except a plant or bacterium, typically able to move about.
