Bible Question: since God cannot be in the presence of sin how did satan go before God and accuse the brethern and challenge God to let him touch Job? |
Bible Answer: Good question! IMO, first of all, I'm not sure this would apply to Satan. Satan is not sin itself, but encourages others to sin. In fact, Satan used to be an angel until he rebelled against God. Second of all, I believe it is possible that he was "standing in the presence of God" but could not actually see God. Meaning, he was not right before him where he could see him. That is my opinion, and I would not mind seeing what others think of this question. |
