Subject: Praying to Mary isn't worship? |
Bible Note: Hello Steve aka Indiana Jones: May I make a observation. If scripture teaches us how to pray and who to pray to, why would we want to deviate from God' s manual? Here is the problem I see in this...Not that Jesus would be 'offended' but that believers would be placing their faith in vain? I also see one problem with your example on intercession. If I ask you to pray for me or with me, I have some reason to believe you will, but we have no reason to believe Mary either will or can interceed for us. What is the problem with just doing it the way God and Jesus instructed? it seem to me that that is they only way to know He hears us, because He said He would. Jesus paid the awesome price to set us free to walk in His righteousness and His justification and "come boldly to the throne of grace to find mercy and help in the time of need". |
