Subject: Does God have free will? |
Bible Note: Dear Cephas, if I have offended you in any way, I am truly sorry and beg your forgiveness. The Bible simply does not have answers to some of the questions we human beings ask, or would like to ask. My pastor not long ago said he had "a whole bunch" of questions he wanted to ask God when he got to heaven. I believe many of us do also. I've lived on this earth for 66 years and been a Christian for 52, and the only real wisdom I've attained is the realization of how little I really know. The Bible says that we walk by faith, not by sight. God has reserved to Himself many mysteries of this universe. But he has revealed Himself through his Son, the Lord Jesus, and we know that He loves and cares for us, that He is willing and able to save us by His grace if we will trust Him, have faith in Him, believe in Him and His word. Beyond that, Cephas, there are many, many things we do not know and do not understand. It is my prayer that God will bless you all your days and give you His peace that passes all understanding. --Hank |
