Bible Question: What if you are engaged to someone who wants to find a church home as a couple (one)? |
Bible Answer: If the two of you are now of the same communion and are members of different congregations within that communion, the decision should not be difficult. On the other hand, if you are members of two widely different communions, I believe it would be wise to come to agreement before you are married. It's far better to iron out conflicts of this sort now than shelve them until after the marriage ceremony. If this answer and the other answers you've received don't suffice, perhaps you might want to add a bit more detail on your situation. It's quite possible that someone on the forum has had a parallel experience and would be willing to share it with you. God bless both of you and grant you a wonderful life together. --Hank |
