Subject: Genesis Creation, a practical example? |
Bible Note: Scripture............................ Greetings Sir! I can't really think of anything real specific. The passage you referred to is probably the best. Mk. 7:20 He went on: ‘‘What comes out of a man is what makes him ‘unclean.’ 21 For from within, out of men’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22 greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. 23 All these evils come from inside and make a man ‘unclean.’” Other than that, there are passages like Rom. 8:1-12, where sin is dealt with more as an act of will than anything else. By this, I simply mean that a believer is able to will something other than sin. But, you original passage is good enough for it speaks of evil coming from the heart.
