Bible Note: Emmaus, With all due respect, you just ignore my questions, of course I could not force you to answers those questions if you dont want to defend them. Story of lazarus is not literal it is compose of past and after the second coming. it is the complete story of one mans life before he died and after the judgement. If we believed that story of lazarus is very literal do you mean all rich will go to hell and all beggar will go to heaven? It is also contadict other passages in the bible: Ec 9:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Ec 9:6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun. If you recall in that parables " Lu 16:29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. When Jesus tell about that parables, it is thousand years after moses died, how is true that the brother and sisters of the richman have moses? Well, it seems that you are not that interested to defend what you believed in. God bless, Johnny God bless, Johnny |
