AMPLIFIED 2015 | Revelation 21:3 and then I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, "See! The tabernacle of God is among men, and He will live among them, and they will be His people, and God Himself will be with them [as their God,] [Lev 26:11, 12; Ezek 37:27; John 1:14; 1 Cor 3:16, 17] |
Bible Question: Will there be no sin in Heaven? Does that mean we will not have free will? How will there be no sin if we have the right to choose? If we retain our free will, isn't there the possibility that Heaven might be contaminated by someone's choice to rebel against God just like Satan and his Angels? |
Bible Answer: Perhaps real freedom of the will is to not sin ever! Have you ever noticed how hard it is to keep the Father in your mind and sin at the same time? Instead, we push Him our of our minds so that we can exercise the "freedom" to do what we please. Frankly, I do not understand how sin would even be thinkable while in the beautiful presence of a Holy, Holy, Holy God. |
