Bible Question: WE see that God gave Satan permission to bring harm to Job and his family members. When tragedy happens.....many are quick to blame God. Others blame the devil. Death is an enemy. A friend was questioning today about the death of a two year old girl (a tragic accident). How do you respond to who is responsible for someone's death? |
Bible Answer: B Michalcik I think my attempt to rectify my first answer was actually worst than my first answer. And I do apologize. What I'm trying to say just isn't coming out right. Let me try again. First God is sovereign and I believe we do not die one second sooner than God allows. Jesus has the Keys of Hades and Death and one day our enemy death will be cast into the Lake of Fire. When sin enter the world so did death, death is a result of sin and unless the Lord returns before we will all die. Why do some die early and some late? We don't always know. This isn't explained to us. But there is one thing we do know our adversary Satan loves for us to get angry at God and question Him. He loves it when a someone curses God for the death of a loved one. While the lost is bitter we must say "I don't understand it or like it but You are God and I will trust in you. The hope I have now is that I will see that child again in heaven. We will spend eternity together and rejoice." Again I hope this answer is more pleasing to you and again I apologize for my first two miserable attempts at this. |
