Bible Question:
Hi Mommapbs, Life in Heaven Thanks for your comments and you have quoted: 1Cor2:9-Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard and which have not entered the heart of man.All that God has prepared for those who love Him" Dt.29:29. The secret things of God belong to God" All these things could mean anything out of the blue or nothing at all to those who do not understand. I have been trying very hard and devoted quite sometime in finding out what life is like in Heaven.I must say that I am at the end of my tether in my search. You see, Heaven is the ultimate home of all christians and they all aspire to be there. So, it is quite natural for me to find out what is in stored for me in Heaven. Why is God so secretive about Heaven? With Love in Christ FytRobert |
Bible Answer: It is the mystery which hath been hid from ages and generations, though now made manifest to the saints (Col. 1:26) It is my perception that to wait upon God's promise in eager anticipation is an indication of our love for Him. Lo, this is our God, we have waited for him, Isa. 25:9. There are things which God has prepared for those that love him, and wait for him. There are promised things in a future life for those that are called to be His adopted sons, things which sensory perception is unable to discover. There are no comparable experiences that can convey to our minds, nor can they enter our hearts. Life and immortality are brought to light through the gospel, 2 Tim. 1:10. In His service, and yours.
