Bible Question: Why don't I feel his presence in my prayers? Could I have done something wrong? |
Bible Answer: Read "Job" to help you understand God. Put yourself in "Job's" place. In the first chapter satan has to take permission from God to touch Job. You will find God in control of Job till the end. Job praised God even in bad days. Job 1:21"And he said, "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return; the LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD." John 12:24 "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit" His will is to be kept in mind. Focusing on His tremedous saving power while praying will help you to meet Him in your prayers. "complete surrender" is the key. Try to know God, then you will be able to Love God, then you will be able to Serve God. |
