NASB | 1 John 5:10 The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself; the one who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning His Son. |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 John 5:10 The one who believes in the Son of God [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies confidently on Him as Savior] has the testimony within himself [because he can speak authoritatively about Christ from his own personal experience]. The one who does not believe God [in this way] has made Him [out to be] a liar, because he has not believed in the evidence that God has given regarding His Son. |

Bible Note: Greetings Ray, according to this verse, the one who does not believe God calls God a liar. I can't make the connection that you seem to want to make linking unblief to blamsphemy of the Holy Spirit, for at one time, all men were unbelievers. (In this context, NO ONE could be forgiven, no one could be saved Mt 12:31) Ray, if you decide ahead of time what you want to believe, you will surely find support for that persuasion. God tells us, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.(Pr 23:7) Our perceptions indeed determine our reality. Let's leave room for God to conform our hearts and minds to His thoughts.
