NASB | 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. |
AMPLIFIED 2015 | 1 John 3:2 Beloved, we are [even here and] now children of God, and it is not yet made clear what we will be [after His coming]. We know that when He comes and is revealed, we will [as His children] be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is [in all His glory]. |
Subject: Is it possible to sin in heaven? |
Bible Note: That is true Emmaus. Once in heaven there is no more fighting the good fight or going to war. I want to ask a question. If going to heaven means not having to war no more then why do people teach that the devil was once an angel in heaven and was kicked out. If he was in heaven and kicked out then that means you can go to heaven rebel and be kicked out. That doctrine does not make since. Infact the devil was never in heaven. Just want to hear your thoughts. And maybe others. Jephthae |
