Bible Question:
I have heard the bible says that no individual should interpret the scriptures. And that it says that the Spirit is the only interpreter of the scriptures. Where are these lines? Does anyone have any opinions on them, is it refering to the spirit as an interpretor uncorrupted by society? Thanks, Slarty |
Bible Answer: slarty You may want to look into this verse. But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him 1 John 2:27 |
