Bible Question (short): What is wrong with proving it true? |
Question (full): Greetings, Recent conversations have me baffled over something that I would like clarification on. What is so upsetting about providing scientific and archeological support for the Bible? The reaction thus far I get from others would seem like I farted in church. I understand the idea that the Bible doesn't need to be proven true that it is true, however not everyone in the world shares that belief. There are even christians who don't believe the Bible is true historically. What is wrong with trying to prove it true?? |
