Bible Note: I agree with EdB, God does thing His way for a perfect reason, His ways are not our ways. He does not want to see a person suffer but because of the world and such people do. I am sick, physically disabled I am worse than ever. I thought I lacked faith but in the end I did not, I blamed God and it was not His fault. I was at a thriving church with many miracles. When I let that anger go things started to change. My disability no, my attitude yes. Scripture: 2 Corinthians 12:8-10 "8Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me. 9And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness " Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 10Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong" For a headache I would take a tablet as it is not a major deal, not like the illnesses cured in the Bible and people raised from the dead. Not that the Lord considers the same as we do, I just think a cold or headache is a small thing. I have faith, one day I will be healed. His will not ours. God bless, Helen |
