Bible Question: I believe it is to bring us in closer relationship with him or to prepare the soil of the unsaved for His seed, but is there a verse that expains this (other than the entire book of Job or the parables regarding soil/seed)? I want to witness to parents at the Children's hospital and this is something they always want to know. "If there is a God than why....?" Thanks! |
Bible Answer: In life we all face trials no matter how hard or easy they all are trials. Death probably being one of the most prominent trials it still is a trial. It says in James that we face these trials to be tested in our faith and are maturing through them. Through death we all ask why... Why did he take Him/Her? Why now? etc.... All we can say to that is it was the Ultimate Will of God.. in the beginnin Will of God it was not meant for death but through evil interfering it ended up being death not by God but by evil interfering. In the end of this though there is a better outcome.. Through it all you have to look for the brighter side of it. what is to come.. yes my son is dieing but now what i can i do to fix myself to get over this. thats the way i think of it ... easier said than done sometimes. hope this helps James 1:2-4 |
